Ramen 9000 was an offseason project created during ice cream's off season. And it's a project that refuses to let Mike go.
We're trying this as a delivery model and seeing what we can do with it. It's the dead of winter.

Erez
Not only did Erez help Mike run Ramen for years, none of the events happen without Erez either. He's onto other projects but he's a big reason why Ramen 9000 ever had any success and was a steady presence Mike could trust and rely on day in and day out.
Jen
Everything broke and you had no idea. That's because Jen held it down. The ultimate team player who just gets it done. Event 1 owes Jen a lot of credit for going as well as it did.
Laura
Laura came in and helped Mike get everything rolling for this delivery version of Ramen 9000. She brought nearly two decades of restaurant experience to the project and made this new start extremely easy because of who she is: organized, trust worthy and a great person.
